GibbTok TV is an automated content management tool that schedules and publishes original, creator-owned video content to connected TikTok accounts via TikTok's official API.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid TikTok account in good standing to use this Service.

You retain full ownership of all content published through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. GibbTok TV does not review, edit, or take responsibility for any content you publish.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to publish content that violates TikTok's Terms of Service, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. GibbTok TV is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. We are not liable for any account actions taken by TikTok against your account.
